Following an inspection by one of our qualified assessors, an asbestos register is compiled. This records where asbestos containing materials (ACMs) are on the premises, what they are (with images), and in what condition they are in.
Depending on the condition of the asbestos, actions are recorded in the register. This informs an asbestos management plan for the building.
Asbestos registers must be updated every five years.
